“find out what needs doing and do it “
that is true but it is a ititle more subtle than than that because life in general is a little more nuanced than a one liner .
Doing things needs motivation .
However highly you are motivated to get things done you need a plan and to form a plan you need direction and for direction you need leadership and for there to be either motivation or leadership there needs to be belief .
So sure we’ll have to K EEP I T S IMPLE S TUPID
because all we need to do is find out what needs doing and just DO IT but in oder to be in that productive place there is a fair amount to untangle and gets sorted and get moving not just once but often so the productivity writers have there place particularly if they tell us how they managed to get sorted and get doing not jsut once but continuously and in varied circumstances ..
